THE SINGER WITHIN
A voice workshop for anyone who wants to sing.
Seasoned singers or new singers; singers who haven't sung since the age of two, or singers who only give voice in the shower; this workshop is for you!
This workshop will give you an opportunity to reclaim your right to sing, no matter what anyone may have told you in the past.
You will learn basic breath and projection techniques, explore your voice in simple exercises and improvisations, sing rounds and chants from different cultures, and, most importantly, experience the joy of singing in a community of singers.
A non judgmental and supportive atmosphere enables risk taking and experimentation.
Get ready to explore your voice; you may be surprised at what you find. Enjoyment is compulsory!
